Hotel Sanpi Milano

The hotel had a great location near public transport and friendly staff. The room was quite small and the bathroom could use some updates. Breakfast was decent but lacked variety, and I encountered some noise from the street. It was a satisfactory stay, but improvements are needed.

The location is convenient...the best shopping is just a 15 min walk through a nice park, and the metro is a few blocks away. The breakfast was very substantial and had good service. The front desk was generally helpful, unfortunately one person ruined it all. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

the drain in the shower left water standing. I informed the front desk on my way out that it simply needed some draino. I came back hrs later to find someone had worked on the drain but not finished the job-- there was hair and grit pulled together on the floor of the shower. I went back downstairs and let the desk know. There were no appologies or sense of concern. I left and on the way back in asked if it was taken care of. The man at the desk (as if I had bothered him) coldly told me his collegue had taken care of it. When I checked out with the same man, there was once again no apologies.... I asked if there was anything he could do for my inconvenience, and he said, "it's not like you had to sleep in it".

had favourable and stunning location by the public garden, minutes from a public square. based very close to the main sights such as the duomo and galerie vitoria emmanuel.

Favourable and absolutely perfect location just a short walk away from Corso Venezia Street. Decent size room with a mini bar, a storage, and a balcony, and beautiful view of the indoor garden from it: D

The garden outside was very nice and the staff were helpful.

The decor was a little bizarre and dated, but it was clean.

Conviently located to Centrale Stazione

The room was one star, awful decor, very dated. From the outside it looks nice and reception is ok. Room is awful and apparently they upgraded us, I would have hated to have seen the original room!

the staff were excellent and were very welcoming. the room had such a warm feel to it and felt like you were in the comforts of your own own. the interior of the hotel was spectacular and the breakfast was beautiful.

Comfortable, bright, well-equipped and clean room overlooking the pretty courtyard garden filled with flowers. Friendly staff at reception and breakfast - great buffet choice at breakfast too.

Staff is corteuos, location is ok, though a bit far from tourist spots (20 min walk), room is small but comfortable, clean.

Breakfast is mediocre. Lousy coffee is from a Nescafe coffee machine (in Italy!)

Its idiosyncratic style - there are two many characterless chain hotels these days.

The breakfast was disappointing for a hotel in that price range. Not actually bad (apart from the coffee); but dull. It's pretty galling to be served coffee from a Nescafé machine in Italy. My full reply to the next question, if there was space for it, would be "Yes, but I'd warn them that the breakfast wasn't very good and that they should build time into their schedule for a decent coffee after breakfast."

Location of the hotel and front desk staff were very helpful with every question we asked.

The shower was extremely small to move in - we are quite small builds and the shower was still very small for each of us.
